Horus WF Pressure Regulator

Engineers from a major UK gas network recently visited our gas facility in Staffordshire to discover more about the Gascat Horus WF pressure regulator. The Horus WF delivers high-precision pressure control, achieving accuracy within ±1% of the set-point even when operating under varying flow rates and fluctuating inlet pressures. Combine this with its fast and consistent dynamic response, and it’s clear that the Horus provides significantly more stable and predictable performance compared to conventional pilot operated regulators. The customer’s process benefits from tighter control ranges, reduced pressure oscillations, and improved overall reliability throughout the pressure-reduction system.

This flangeless regulator fits in the space of axial flow type regulators and is up to 80% lighter than many traditional pilot-operated diaphragm regulators of similar capacity. Handling and installation are thus simplified, as technicians don’t need to resort to cranes or other heavy lifting devices.  Available as an independent single cut regulator or with an integrated monitor. Sizes available 2”,3”, 4”, 6”, & 8” (#150, #300 & #600).
